Movements are used simultaneously, performing up to three movement patterns at the same time. Students learn to harness the energy of the attack. Instead of opposing force with force, you will learn how to complete your opponent’s movement by accepting the flow of energy as he aims it, thus defeating him by utilizing his own force. Due to its effectiveness and advanced techniques, Wing Tsun has been kept secret for centuries taught only within a family (student-teacher-relationship).
